In this role, you’ll play a key part in designing and executing targeted, data-driven campaigns that guide our audiences through every stage of the customer journey and drive maximum engagement.
This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with talented marketers and use your skills to make a real impact at every stage of the marketing funnel.
You will get to:
- Create personalised email and automation campaigns to generate and nurture leads, converting prospects into customers, and engage customers. Optimise audience journeys to improve engagement and drive conversions.
- Collaborate across the team, working with the Senior Content Marketing Executive to align lifecycle strategies with lead generation efforts, working with the Brand and Design Manager to ensure campaigns are visually appealing and on-brand, and supporting the Director of Marketing with wider marketing strategy.
- Write compelling copy tailored to specific audiences within the education sector.
- Use social media to engage audiences at every stage of the lifecycle journey, and track audience interactions to gain insights and refine audience segmentation.
- Develop community-building initiatives to engage and nurture audiences.
- Use HubSpot to manage and optimise content workflows and campaigns (HubSpot experience is a bonus in this role).
- Use data to measure the success of campaigns, refine strategies, and segment audiences for maximum impact.
You should apply if you have:
- 2-3 years of marketing experience with proven experience in lifecycle marketing, audience engagement, CRM, or related roles.
- A strong understanding of email marketing best practices, automation tools, and audience segmentation.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
- Exceptional copywriting skills with a talent for engaging and persuasive communication.
- A collaborative mindset and proven ability to manage multiple projects/campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Desirable experience for this role also includes a background in the performing arts or education sectors, and previous experience working with a sales team.
- A passion for developing new skills, are motivated by variety in your work, and you thrive on challenge and change.
It will be beneficial to your application to demonstrate experience in lifecycle marketing and/or email marketing.
We are building a balanced team in an inclusive environment and we welcome applications from all backgrounds. Our benefits include 25 days holiday (plus public holidays and an additional day off on your birthday), 24/7 access to an EAP wellbeing platform and counseling, enhanced maternity/paternity leave, and a social committee that runs an end of year retrospective as well as organizing a variety of culture-building events and socials.
